AFI at Fillmore Auditorium - Fall 2025 Tour
AFI – Fillmore Auditorium | Denver, CO | October 31, 2025
On Halloween night, AFI brought their signature gothic energy and timeless angst to Denver’s Fillmore Auditorium, turning the venue into a cathedral of sound and shadows. As part of their Fall Tour 2025, the band delivered a setlist that spanned decades of their evolution. From the dark punk roots of Black Sails in the Sunset to the haunting hooks of Sing the Sorrow and Bodies and topping it off with some of their latest hits from Silver Bleeds the Black Sun.
Davey Havok commanded the stage with effortless charisma, gliding through fog and flashing lights like a specter leading the faithful. His vocals were razor-sharp and theatrical, perfectly matched by Jade Puget’s searing guitar work and the driving rhythm section of Hunter Burgan and Adam Carson. Every note felt deliberate, a balance of precision and chaos that reminded the packed crowd why AFI remains one of alternative music’s most enduring acts.
Opening the night was TR/ST, whose brooding electronic set painted the room in pulse and melancholy. Their shadowy synths and moody production set an evocative tone, seamlessly blending into AFI’s haunting aesthetic. Together, the two acts created a night that blurred the line between concert and ritual, a perfect Halloween experience for the Denver faithful.
