LANDMVRKS North American Headline Tour at Summit Music Hall

Denver got the storm inside and out. Rain slicked the streets around The Summit Music Hall on 9/23/2025 while fans packed in for the eighth stop of LANDMVRKS’ first North American headline run and the weather wouldn’t stop us.

Resolve opened the night with sharp precision and emotional grit, tearing straight into their set with some recent cuts that proved they’re more than just a warm-up act.

Silly Goose followed with chaos and charm, their nu-metal/rap-rock antics sparking mosh pits and sing-alongs to “Keys to the City” and “Bad Behavior.” Their unique sound (relative to the rest of the lineup) was refreshing and a welcome sonic switch up. The high octane nature of the band that states “they’re really all about having fun” definitely wasn’t lost on the crowd who turned up the energy during their set. They even gave us an unreleased track “Heart Attack” in their set.

By the time Novelists hit the stage, the crowd was primed. With “Coda,” “Smoke Signals,” and “All For Nothing,” they layered atmosphere over heaviness, carving out one of the most dynamic sets of the night. They also received the most crowd surfers of the night as well with a tempo change that slotted perfectly into the lineup.

Then came LANDMVRKS, the whole reason Denver showed up in the rain on a Tuesday night. Eight dates into this run, their machine is tuned tight. The band was in sync playing with ferocity. Songs like “Suffocate” and “Requiem” (played for the first time live on this tour run) on the line up fans of old and new were both satisfied. LANDMVRKS put a set list together that took us on a journey with highs and lows even making time for an on stage graffiti tag art installment by Florent (lead vocals), who’s known to do graffiti art even selling his works online.

The night was filled with love and collaboration from the artist. With LANDMVRKS, Resolve and Novelists all hailing from France they had moments where singers were sharing the stage. This wasn’t just another metalcore bill, it felt like a statement. Four bands, four different approaches to heavy music, all converging on a soaked Denver night. LANDMVRKS may have brought the rain, but the crowd left baptized in riffs.

Resolve

French metalcore from Lyon. Resolve formed in 2016 (after members came together post-other bands), setting out to build something honest, grounded, and emotionally charged. Their early EPs (Rêverie, Stripped Down Sessions) showed promise; their first full album Between Me and the Machine (2021) then Human (2023) solidified their voice. Heavy enough to satisfy hardcore/metalcore fans, melodic enough to make space for introspection. They tour hard, live with intensity, and seem to be carving out a space where catharsis matters as much as riffing.

Silly goose

Atlanta’s Silly Goose are a kind of throwback on purpose; rap-rock/nu-metal energy, late-90’s vibes, loud guitars, big choruses, and a willingness to be simultaneously aggressive and playful. Founded by Jackson Foster & Alan Benikhis (plus a rotating crew of collaborators), they built their reputation partly through DIY-shows (street-style sets) and pop-up energy. Their EP Bad Behavior and recent singles (“Neighbors” and “Keys to the City”) lean hard into that rowdy, theatrical side, without losing the sincerity. It’s rock, rap, angst, and fun, often all at once.

Novelists

Novelists, often stylised as Novelists FR, are a French progressive metalcore outfit from Paris, forged in 2013 by brothers Amael and Florestan Durand. Their sound sits at the intersection of djent, melodic metalcore, and atmospheric heaviness, with both harsh and clean vocals weaving through intense riffs and emotional themes. After lineup shifts and label changes, their newest era (with vocalist Camille Contreras) includes the EP Okapi (2024) and the full-length CODA(2025); both works showing evolution and a reaffirmed identity.

LANDMVRKS

From Marseille, France, LANDMVRKS flex the muscle of modern metalcore with a raw, emotional edge. Originating in 2014, they launched under the name “Coldsight” before evolving into the sound they’re known for. Their music blends nu-metal grooves, hardcore intensity, melodic choruses, and moments of honest vulnerability. Recent album The Darkest Place I’ve Ever Been explores burnout, inner demons, and the search for redemption. It definitely doesn’t shy away from the shadows.
