Timmy Trumpet at Mission Ballroom

Timmy Trumpet turned Mission Ballroom into a neon madhouse on August 22, 2025, blasting through his high-octane mix of EDM, hardstyle, and pure chaos. The crowd barely had a chance to catch its breath after Yellow Claw dropped a thunderous set, keeping the energy sharp and unrelenting. Sunday Scaries added their own twist to the night, priming the floor for the headliners. FAYBL opened, though unfortunately our lens didn’t catch them this round. From laser-streaked drops to the signature trumpet blasts, it was the kind of night that left ears ringing, shoes wrecked, and Denver’s Mission Ballroom floor permanently scorched.

FAYBL

FAYBL are a Colorado-based melodic dance duo crafting emotional yet hard-hitting electronic music that sits somewhere between dance-pop and progressive house. They’ve built a reputation on soaring, cathartic bangers like “Island”—a track that opens with soulful vocals before launching into festival-sized melody that feels as thoughtful as it does explosive.

Sunday Scaries

Sunday Scaries turn Monday dread into dance-floor fuel. The LA-based duo (Will Ezell and Alex Hein) first linked in 2019 and quickly carved out a lane blending EDM, pop, and hip hop into infectious, festival-sized anthems. Their breakout hit “Chill Like That” racked up millions of streams and TikTok plays, putting them on the map as purveyors of sticky hooks and big, bright drops. Already having shared lineups with DJ Snake and Louis the Child, Sunday Scaries are proving they’re more than a viral moment, they’re here to stay.

Yellow Claw

Since bursting onto the Amsterdam scene in 2010, Yellow Claw (Jim Taihuttu “Jim Aasgier” and Nils Rondhuis “Nizzle”) has been the soundtrack to sweaty basements and festival mainstages alike. Their sound? A molten mash‑up of trap, dubstep, hip‑hop, hardstyle, moombahton, and big‑room energy that they like to call “Amsterdam trap”. Their first LP, Blood for Mercy (2015), melted the dance/electronic charts and even topped Billboard’s Heatseekers and Dance/Electronic lists. Since then, they’ve helmed their own label—Barong Family—putting out a slew of EPs and collabs with heavyweights like DJ Snake, ASAP Ferg, San Holo, Ty Dolla $ign, and Tyga.

Timmy Trumpet

Timothy Jude Smith, prodigy trumpeter turned globe-trotting DJ, has built his rep on fusing classical chops, horn blasts, and EDM into one combustible performance package. Timmy doesn’t just DJ, he performs. Picture live trumpet solos, pyrotechnics, and genre chaos; big room house, Melbourne bounce, psytrance, hardstyle, all mashed into one adrenalized set. He even made history as the first trumpet player to perform in zero gravity, courtesy of a wild collab with the European Space Agency and BigCityBeats. When he’s not torching festival main stages, Timmy hosts SINPHONY Radio, streams globally across 40+ countries, and keeps racking up awards, from club DJ of the year to best nightclub residency.
